Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All frames are guaranteed to be defect-free and authentic.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your UNUSED item in original packaging. All returns must be post marked within 7 days of receiving merchandise. Please return your purchase in original condition, Avon Optical will credit the purchase amount back to your credit card. Shipping fees are not refundable. To return an item: 1. The item you returning must be unused and not damaged: the product which has been purchased must be complete and returned in its original packaging, in all its parts, complete of all tags and accessories. 2. Before returning an item Email us at service@avonoptical.com
Tell us of your reason for a return, and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
3. We will send you your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4. Write your RMA number on the outside of the package and send it to the following address:

5. We will not issue any refunds that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. 6. Please allow 3 weeks after you mail your return before you receive your refund.
Exchange
To exchange an item for a different one, please return it for a refund, and place a new order.
The following items will NOT be returned NOR exchanged:
Accessories, Jewerly, Lorgnettes, Vintage eyewear, Sale items.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it without paying any cancellation or restocking fees. If the order is canceled after 2 hours, a cancellation fee of $20 dollars will be required. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled and must be returned and a restocking fee may apply.
